The Te Akau School Board has a strong record of governance since boards were established in 1989.
We prioritise strong relationships—with our Principal, staff, and the wider community—to support an inclusive, well-rounded curriculum that reflects the diverse strengths and cultures of our students. 

Our responsibilities include submitting a Strategic Plan, overseeing financial management, supporting our staff to continuously improve student achievement, policies, and resources.
